Water Treatment Plant

Performance meets all the limits in the drinking and wastewater sectors and also considers the health of its customers to be an absolute priority and deploys the technologies necessary to produce and distribute water that meets those quality standards.

Raw water from all sources can be treated for suspended solids, turbidity & colloidal particles using clarification systems. Aquaedge as the leading manufacturer offers the widest range of raw water & treatment systems.

Our designs & offerings are customized to project requirement and can best meet challenges of varying inlet loads, low space & area for installation, low power requirements & minimized sludge generation.

Industrial Water Softener System

Water softener hardness setting is an ion exchange technique by which hardness of water is removed to supply pure water. Ion exchange is the process of water softener hardness setting to supply pure water system.

This water softener hardness setting process of ion exchange will continue until all available exchange sites are filled at which point the resin is exhausted and must be regenerated by suitable chemicals.

Reverse Osmosis and Ultra Filtration Plant

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution, when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.

To be “selective,” this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores /holes but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as the solvent) to pass freely.

Reverse osmosis is used to purify Water and remove salts and other impurities in order to improve the color, taste or properties of the fluid.

Demineralized Plant

Demineralized Water also known as Deionized Water, Water that has had its mineral ions removed. Mineral ions such as cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc. and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc. are common ions present in Water.

Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which provides ion exchange site for the replacement of the mineral salts in Water with Water forming H+ and OH- ions. Because the majority of Water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces a high purity Water that is generally similar to distilled Water, and this process is quick and without scale buildup.

De-mineralization technology is the proven process for treatment of Water. A DM Water System produces mineral free Water by operating on the principles of ion exchange, Degasification, and polishing. Demineralized Water System finds wide application in the field of steam, power, process, and cooling.

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

It might surprise you to know that we all drink and bathe in recycled water. The water we flush down the toilet is turned into potable water, and it is the job of sewage treatment plants to make this water fit for human consumption or release into rivers and oceans.

Wastewater from sinks, baths, washing machines, toilets and other appliances has to go somewhere. After traversing miles of sewer network, it ends up in sewage treatment plants whose job is to treat and discharge it. Sewage treatment plants collect, treat, and discharge wastewater, providing a service essential to environmental and public health.
Our sewage treatment plant is used for treating industrial and domestic sewage generated including canteen waste. The water is treated to make it fit for irrigation, gardening and floor washing purposes etc. The plant is designed on basis of water generated per day. The water is treated to make it fit for irrigation, gardening and floor washing purposes etc.

Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent treatment plant, also known as ETP is a waste water treatment process (WWTP) that is used to treat waste water. It’s mostly used in industries like pharmaceuticals, textiles, and chemicals where extreme water contamination is a possibility. Effluent Treatment Plant plays a significant role in the treatment of industrial waste water as well as domestic sewage. Organic matter, inorganic matter, heavy metals, oil & grease, suspended particles, and other contaminants are treated in the wastewater treatment process of an ETP plant. Chemical treatment, biological treatment, a combination of chemical and biological treatment, and thermal treatment are the several types of wastewater treatment plants.
